STUDIO POLICIES

  • Cancelation Policy- A minimum of 48 hours needs to be given to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Anything less then that results in full payment of the service that is booked. This payment will need to be collected before booking a next appointment. We truly appreciate when more ample time is given so we are able to offer openings to others to enjoy.

  • No Show Policy- If you do not show up for a scheduled appointment, full payment of the total service booked is due and the client may no longer be able to book any future appointments.

  • Rescheduling policy- Each original appointment is allotted one reschedule, anything more then that will result in 50% of the service being charged.

HEALTHLY PRACTICE POLICIES

Please continue to help keep your service provider healthy!

  • If you are sick, please email or call as soon as something arises to reschedule your appointment. Your service provider appreciates this so very much so they then have ample time to fill that empty spot. Thank you.

  • Masking is optional at this time. Your service provider will continue to wear a mask. If you or anyone has been sick recently in the household though, we appreciate you wearing a mask. Masks are always available in studio as well.

PRODUCT POLICY

-We will be happy to exchange any in studio haircare products within 14 days of your purchase.
