STUDIO POLICIES

Cancelation Policy- A minimum of 48 hours needs to be given to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Anything less then that results in full payment of the service that is booked. This payment will need to be collected before booking a next appointment. We truly appreciate when more ample time is given so we are able to offer openings to others to enjoy.

No Show Policy- If an appointment is no call and no showed, full payment of total service is due and the client may no longer be able to book any future appointments.

Rescheduling policy- Each original appointment is allotted one reschedule, anything more then that will result in 50% of the service being charged.

HEALTHLY PRACTICE POLICIES

Please continue to help keep your service provider healthy!

-Masking is preferred. If you are feeling 100% healthy, masking is now optional. Your service provider will continue to wear a mask.

-If you or anyone in your household have been sick within the 10 days prior to your appointment, please reschedule at the first onset of symptoms so your service provider has ample time to fill your spot.

-If you have traveled internationally in the last 10 days prior to your appointment, please wear a mask to your appointment.

PRODUCT POLICY

-We will be happy to exchange any in studio haircare products within 14 days of your purchase.
